Delivery method offers you free delivery within mainland France for purchases starting from just € 150 (excluding Corsica, overseas departments and territories, as well as for products marked as “postage in the item description”). Customs charges will be required on receipt of your package for deliveries to Switzerland and Andorra.

You will be charged a flat fee of € 14.80 should the order be lower than this amount (for France).

As a rule, the delivery will be made to the delivery address quoted on the order form. cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery caused by road or sea transport companies, and these will not result in your order being cancelled.

As a guideline, you will find the average delivery time of each item at the bottom of the product description. These delivery times are quoted in business days.

Delivery terms:

Upon delivery, the content and status of the order should be checked while the delivery driver is in attendance.

Should the delivery be damaged, then the customer must provide written details thereof, and include his/her signature on the carrier dispatch note (e.g.: missing, damaged, opened). Please note that the term “subject to packaging” is not legally binding.

He/she will be asked to confirm his/her reservations by registered mail with proof of postage sent to C-piscine within a maximum of 72 hours so that the insurance companies can make a claim under warranty.
