Decalcit Filter is a highly effective granular for removing calcium deposits in the filter.
- Rapidly dissolving granules.
- Compatible with all water treatments (chlorine, bromine, active oxygen...) and all filtration systems (D.E., cartridge, sand...)
- Hydrochloric acid-free.
Usage:
- Deep scaling: 1 to 2 times a year.
- Sand filter:
- Filtration stopped, close all valves (skimmer, bottom drain, waste, return inlet...) and open the tank lid.
- Pour a 10% solution (100g / 1L water) of Decalcit filter over the sand.
- Let it act for 12 hours, filtration stopped and filter opened.
- Close the filter, open all valves, perform a backwash and rinse the filter.
- Cartridge or D.E. filter :

Immerse the cartridges in a 10 % solution of Decalcit Filter ( 1kg / 10L of water) and let it act overnight, then rinse thoroughly.

- Recommended dosage: a 10% solution.
- Where: in the filter.
- Filter types: all.
- Pool size: all.
- Frequency: when required.
